I love logos that scream. Logos of American cornflakes packaging, candy bars, and toys. Thick and fat. Lots of color. Logos full of energy, they make me happy. Which I find the most beautiful is hard to say. It is often the combination of many that makes it in total beautiful. A candy rack in a gas station, a games department in a toy store with all sorts of logos that scream: ’Buy me, no buy me!’ Who designs all those things? I have no idea, but if Nestlé ever calls us, I will do my bit with love!

This logo is the result of an intensive and super fun rebranding process for a pop venue in an identity crisis. I chose this logo for two reasons. Firstly, because this logo fits perfectly with Mezz's identity. If you see it, it is not entirely correct. It is a bit rough and not entirely perfect, but it has character. Secondly, because it was created through the collaboration of everyone at Das Buro. Together we are proud of Mezz, client and contractor. You can feel and see that.
